Reality TV lightsaber-building competition testing segment, filmed as a multi-camera documentary production. Bright industrial workshop lighting, sharp HD broadcast image, practical forge equipment and machinery in the background, subtle handheld movement during action, clean documentary texture, no cinematic film look. CHARACTERS The contestant is an ordinary 24-year-old white man of average height and build, with short brown hair, a clean-shaven face, fair natural skin and unremarkable but pleasant features. He wears a plain dark gray T-shirt, dark work pants and work boots. He looks like a slightly inexperienced amateur weapon builder rather than an actor or model. He is nervous but tries to remain composed. Keep his face, age, hairstyle, clothing and proportions consistent throughout the video. The tester is a lean, middle-aged martial arts master of clearly Asian ancestry. He wears a black tactical shirt, black work pants and protective boots. His manner is calm, precise and professional. Keep his appearance consistent across every shot. LIGHTSABER The contestant has built a functional custom lightsaber with a rugged handmade metal hilt, visible machining marks, a physical activation switch, mechanical fittings, heat vents and a metal emitter ring. When activated, it produces a straight blue-white energy blade with a sharp white core, controlled blue glow and subtle electrical instability. It emits a deep, steady hum, with natural pitch changes during movement. Keep the hilt design, blade length, thickness, color and brightness identical in every shot. The lightsaber is an original design with no logos or recognizable franchise elements. CUTTING PHYSICS Every surface touched by the lightsaber develops a continuous charred edge following the exact path of the blade. The outer edge turns deep black, the inner tissue briefly glows dark red-orange, and small sparks, white steam and thin smoke appear at the contact point. Separated pieces have corresponding scorched surfaces on both sides. The heat immediately cauterizes the blade path, while only a small amount of fluid may escape from surrounding areas. All wounds and damage remain consistent in later shots. 0–4 SECONDS — MEDIUM TWO-SHOT Inside the brightly lit industrial workshop, the martial arts master stands facing the young contestant. The master holds the inactive metal hilt and slowly rotates it beneath the overhead lights, inspecting its handmade construction and emitter assembly. He looks directly at the contestant and asks calmly: “Are you ready?” The contestant appears slightly nervous but answers firmly: “Yes.” The master presses the physical switch. The blue-white blade ignites with a sharp electrical snap and a deep energy hum. Its blue light reflects naturally across their faces, clothing and nearby metal equipment. Quick cut to the contestant’s tense, determined face. Cut to three large albacore tuna hanging by their tails from separate heavy steel hooks behind them. 4–7 SECONDS — LOW-ANGLE TRACKING AND RAPID CUTS The master steps forward and raises the lightsaber overhead with both hands. Hard cut to a side angle as he delivers a powerful vertical strike through the first albacore. The impact enters extreme slow motion. A brief blue-white contact flare runs along the blade, followed by sparks, glowing particles, white steam and thin smoke. A deep black charred line forms instantly through the fish, with a dim red-orange glow inside the cut. Time freezes at peak penetration. The camera orbits the energy blade embedded in the fish for one second. Blue light illuminates the suspended steam and particles. Quick extreme close-up of the blade burning through muscle and spine, leaving a clean cauterized channel. 7–11 SECONDS — DYNAMIC SIDE TRACKING Time resumes. The master pulls the lightsaber free, pivots and immediately delivers a heavy diagonal slash through the second albacore. Slow motion: the body separates along the diagonal path. Pieces of skin and pink flesh rotate through the air, each displaying matching blackened cutting surfaces. Heat glows briefly beneath the charred edges while steam and small sparks hang in the air. Freeze at maximum deformation. Two rapid angles: — Over-the-shoulder view from behind the master. — Low-angle view beneath the airborne pieces. The camera performs a short orbit around the frozen impact, with blue-white light interacting naturally with the suspended debris and steam. 11–15 SECONDS — HANDHELD CLOSE ACTION Time resumes. The master adjusts his stance and delivers a short, vicious downward chop through the third albacore. The impact enters slow motion. The blade burns through the body and spine, producing a compact blue-white flash, sparks, vapor and small fragments of scorched tissue. The cutting path immediately becomes blackened and cauterized, with a brief red-orange glow beneath the surface. Full freeze. The camera pushes closer and circles the suspended impact for one beat. Quick insert of the master’s focused face during the swing, illuminated by the blue blade. Cut back to the locked energy blade and the smoking cut. 15–19 SECONDS — FAST-CUT INSPECTION Time resumes. The master pulls the lightsaber free, steps back and holds it horizontally beneath the workshop lights. An extreme close-up tracks from the rugged metal hilt to the tip of the blade. The blade remains active but flickers twice, with a slight energy fluctuation near the tip. Cut to the master rotating the hilt and inspecting its heat vents and emitter ring. A small scorch mark and slight heat discoloration are visible around the emitter. Cut to his gloved thumb carefully adjusting the physical control switch. Cut to the three damaged albacore. Their blackened wounds release thin smoke and white steam, with only a small amount of fluid dripping from the surrounding tissue. Cut to the contestant watching tensely, his lips pressed together. 19–24 SECONDS — MEDIUM CLOSE-UP The master lowers the active lightsaber into a safe diagonal position. Its blue light illuminates the lower half of his face. He looks directly at the contestant and says in a calm, professional voice: “The blade is a little unstable… but your weapon, sir… will kill.” After a short pause, he deactivates the lightsaber. The energy blade retracts rapidly into the hilt with a sharp electrical sound. Hard cut to the contestant’s face. He is briefly stunned. His tension breaks into a small, restrained smile of relief and pride. 24–30 SECONDS — FINAL EXTREME CLOSE-UP MONTAGE Extreme close-up of the handmade metal emitter ring, showing slight heat discoloration and two small scorch marks. The master activates the lightsaber one final time. The stable blue-white blade extends from the hilt, revealing a sharp white core and controlled blue glow. Cut to the deep, smoking wounds in the three hanging albacore. Every cut has a continuous black charred edge matching the path of the previous strikes. The inner heat has begun to fade, while small traces of steam remain. Cut to the master giving one restrained nod. Final frame holds on the young contestant’s quiet satisfaction. He maintains a subtle, controlled smile while the master and lightsaber hilt remain softly out of focus in the foreground. VISUAL AND AUDIO DIRECTION Realistic unscripted television broadcast quality. Bright workshop lighting, sharp surface detail, restrained handheld movement and fast but spatially coherent editing. The lightsaber produces physically consistent interactive illumination on skin, clothing, fish, smoke and metal surfaces. Natural motion blur appears only on fast-moving elements. Sound design includes workshop ambience, the lightsaber’s ignition and retraction, steady energy hum, movement-dependent pitch changes, hot contact sounds, steam and gently moving steel hooks. Stable characters, consistent weapon design, coherent damage continuity, accurate impact timing, restraine
