Then used this prompt with Seedance 2.5, 720p 30s:
Use @Image 5 as storyboard to drive the whole animation.
Use @Image 1 only for the boxer doll's final identity: chibi felt-and-paper doll, big pale wool afro with dark undercut, thick drawn eyebrows, round blush cheeks, tattooed arms, painted floral shirt, oversized red boxing gloves.
Use @Image 2 only for the boxer's head and face detail: pale wool hair, big drawn eyes, painted neck and face tattoos.
Use @Image 3 only for the crowd of funny handmade dolls: chunky painted paper-and-wool figures with round heads, dot eyes, kid and animal faces.
Use @Image 4 only for additional funny handmade dolls: spiky-haired kids, blue-haired doll, a red cat-monster, blush-cheeked figures.
ACTION-CAMERA: Bouncy stop-motion timing with slight stutter and pops, snappy boxing moves, squash and stretch on impacts, little hops and recoils; playful handheld-style camera with quick pushes, whip-pans and low hero angles, hard cuts on the action, no slow motion.
STYLE: Stop-motion handmade craft animation; chunky felt, wool and painted-paper dolls with visible fibers, brush strokes and glue, shot like a tabletop diorama against a soft pale studio background with faint hand-drawn city posters, warm even light, 35mm to 50mm shallow depth of field, tiny dust motes.
VISUALFX: Practical craft only; small felt-fluff puffs and paper-scrap bursts on hits, wobbling dolls, a few drawn motion smears; no glossy energy effects, no glow, keep everything handmade.
SOUNDFX: Playful upbeat percussion and toy-piano; soft felt thumps, squeaky doll wobbles, paper crumples, comedic boings, tiny crowd murmurs, and cartoon impact pops on each punch.
MOTION:
P01-P02: Guard then swarm: the little felt boxer bounces on the spot with red gloves up, glaring, as a colorful crowd of funny handmade dolls shuffles and presses in around him from both sides.
P03-P04: Dodge then counter: he ducks low under a big doll's swinging felt arm, then snaps a straight red-glove jab into another doll's face with a paper-scrap pop and a squash-and-stretch recoil.
P05-P06: Uppercut then down: he springs up with a big wobbling uppercut that launches one doll into the air, then lands as it flops flat on its back and the others hop backward.
P07-P08: Regroup then pose: the crowd bunches up and piles in again around the tiny boxer, who spins through them and plants himself with both red gloves raised in a triumphant pose as funny dolls scatter and wobble, holding the little hero shot before the cut.
